The Board of Directors is an important puzzle piece to our unique club.

The Board is responsible for all of the club’s activities, decisions, and future plans.

If you have great ideas and committed to seeing them come to life, now is your opportunity to lead!

  • As we have redefined the expectations and capabilities of the board, we have also looked at ways to keep people engaged with their club, committed for a full term, and excited to run for office. Also, serving on the board can take a sacrifice from your family and friends, but the members and other Board members are counting on commitment for the season.

    The incentives are were voted in for our 2025 Board of Directors at our Annual Meeting.

    Any credits towards dues will be applied at the end of the fiscal year and upon unanimous approval from other members of the board. This will ensure that no one is credited back their paid dues unless they have successfully and fully completed their responsibilities for the season.Guest passes will be added directly to their Membersplash account at the beginning of the season. Can not be redeemed for any cash. All guest rules are applicable.

    President: Full credit of annual dues during the time served & 10 guest credits applied to their account.

    Vice Presidents & At Large: $350 annual dues credit & 10 guest credits applied to their account.

    Non-Elected Committee Members: 5 Guest credits applied to their account.

  • The President oversees all of the Board's activities and decisions. This position helps dictates the direction of the club and its decisions from not only the current board, but by the conversations with other members on their wants and needs.

    The main role of the President is to ensure all other positions are meeting or exceeding their responsibilities. The President will utilize or have access to all systems, including email, to conduct business or ensure each role or committee is performing their specific duties.

  • The VP of Finance for the club is responsible for all of the financial transactions and ensures they are done with integrity and within the best interest of the club.

    You will work closely with third-party service providers like bookkeepers and others to ensure all transactions are recorded properly and within budget. To work effectively, an open line of communication with the bookkeeper is important as you will be the point of contact. Also, you will manage internal financial documents and budgets to present at annual meetings and update the Board at other meetings.

    Additionally, you will work with the HR/Staffing committee to ensure all items required for payroll are processed and each pay period is conducted with complete and accurate information.

    General understanding of accounting, Excel, or other experiences are not required, but preferred.

  • The VP of Memberships ensures all current and future members questions and concerns are answered in a timely manner. You will also be responsible for ensuring all members are paid in full and all annual waivers are completed. You will utilize our membership management software and adapt it to the club's operation preferences.

    You will also work with the communications chair to help promote open membership opportunities and other membership related functions.

  • The Secretary's main responsibility is to record all official activities and meetings for historical purposes. You will be responsible for filing meeting agendas and tracking any updates.

    You will also work with the communications chair to ensure all messages are in sync with the Boards decisions and agendas.

  • At large positions (total of 5 positions) bring a lot of expertise to the conversation from various experiences. It can vary from facility maintenance, HR, marketing, or business operations experience. This is a 2-year commitment to help stabilize any board transitions

    Each at large position will be the chair of a committee and ensure each responsibility is completed and track the budgetary concerns they might have. You will also be allowed to recruit other, non-elected, active members to join committees (up to 3) to assist the board.
